Why NoxTek

In the workshop, in maintenance work or in the field, equipment must earn its place.

NoxTek™ specializes in practical equipment for real work: work lighting, small tools, magnetic solutions, organization and functional accessories.

In these environments, an impressive feature on paper is not enough. A product must be logical to use, suited to the task and capable of meeting the practical demands of the work.

This is where NoxTek™ comes in.

We build a deliberately focused selection. Every product must address a clear need, be evaluated in its use context and be presented with precise information about its capabilities, limitations and use.

We are not trying to fill a catalogue.

We are building a consistent range of equipment that genuinely belongs in workshops, maintenance work and field use.

NoxTek™ is a Quebec brand operated by Solutions NoxTek in Drummondville, Quebec. Our role covers the selection, evaluation, documentation and quality-checking of the products offered, as well as their preparation and after-sales service.

What you come here for

NoxTek™ exists to reduce uncertainty at the time of purchase.

Not by adding noise.
Not by inflating promises.
Not by filling a catalogue.

But by offering a consistent selection designed for workshops, maintenance work and field use.

Every product must have a clear reason to be offered and address a real need.

Selection is part of the product.

The difference is made before a product goes online

NoxTek™ is not trying to offer the widest selection.

We seek to offer a focused, consistent and useful range.

The difference begins before the product even appears in the store:

  • product selection;
  • workshop testing;
  • observation under real-world conditions;
  • verification of operation and consistency in use;
  • quality control;
  • documentation of features and limitations;
  • information presented clearly;
  • order preparation;
  • after-sales service we stand behind.

Depending on the product or edition, this approach may also include preparation, customization or packaging designed specifically for the NoxTek™ experience.

Selection, validation, presentation and support are integral parts of the NoxTek™ experience.

Our standard

A product offered by NoxTek™ must answer three simple questions.

Is it useful?

It must address a practical need in day-to-day use, not simply present an impressive technical data sheet or accumulate features.

Is it consistent and reliable?

It must be suited to its intended use, offer clear logic of use and inspire confidence under realistic conditions.

Is it clear?

Customers must understand what they are buying: the intended use, features, included accessories, observed capabilities, known limitations and realistic expectations.

At NoxTek™, we offer equipment that we can explain, stand behind and recommend.

Validé Terrain

Validé Terrain is not a slogan added at random.

It expresses our approach: select, observe, test and document.

Before being offered, a product is evaluated using the NoxTek™ approach to verify its practical usefulness, operation, logic of use and consistency with workshops, maintenance work and field use.

This internal process is called NX-EXP.

Its objective is simple: observe, measure and document what really matters when using a product.

Depending on the type of equipment, validations may include:

  • observed performance;
  • runtime or endurance when applicable;
  • general operation;
  • charging for applicable products;
  • ergonomics and grip;
  • mechanisms, mounts, magnets, hooks or other functional elements;
  • resistance and general behaviour during appropriate testing;
  • the product’s consistency with its intended use.

For lighting products, observations may also include light output behaviour, the beam’s useful area, observed runtime and various measurements relevant to the product.

Validations are adapted to the product and its intended use. The observations presented by NoxTek™ are based on real, documented testing.

NX-EXP is an internal validation process. It does not constitute an external laboratory certification.

From the workshop to the field

Depending on the product, an FTU — Field Test Unit phase may supplement the validations carried out in the workshop.

Units are then provided to users working in different environments to observe the product under real-world demands: ergonomics, endurance, robustness, logic of use, strengths and limitations.

This step adds another perspective from actual use and helps confirm whether the product merits its place in the NoxTek™ selection and the Validé Terrain designation.

A complete experience

Our work does not end with product selection.

Every detail matters:

  • rigorous selection;
  • testing and observations;
  • clear information;
  • quality control;
  • suitable packaging;
  • order preparation;
  • the warranty applicable to the product;
  • after-sales service we stand behind.

The objective is to offer a clearer, more credible purchasing experience, from choosing the product through using it.

Trust is not promised. It is proven.

NoxTek™ is a Quebec brand built around a clear focus: workshops, maintenance work and field use.

We are progressively developing a range of useful, consistent equipment, supported by honest information, validation suited to its intended use and service we stand behind.
